ECADŽ at a Field Service
CM Technologies offers a variety of options for using the technology and
expertise built into each product. At the forefront is the Field Service, where
CM Technologies will perform on-site troubleshooting and analysis.
- 3 Day Introductory Field Service

A one-time 3 day introductory field service for
customers who have previously not used ECAD services. An authorized
representative will perform on-site testing and will follow up with a
standard report on the state of the tested circuits.

- Standard Field Service

This service is performed under posted standard
rates of labor and equipment rental.

- Open Purchase Order Field Service
-
With no minimum charges, an Open Purchase Order Field Service
offers the most flexibility. Customers signed up for this service
are accorded the highest priority and are eligible for a discount on the
standard labor rates.
